" `+ Z& O" l0 N 关于配方,我觉得按照比例增加就行了,也就是想做大的,就把我的配方各个用料量乘以1.2 or 1.5 or 2,当然烘烤时间也需要加长,这要看你的面包机的性能了。但是不要加太多量哦,否则涨出来了呀。烤的时候,我还是喜欢随时去看看,有什么问题,可以及时补救。0 O8 |4 n" a+ t9 N Y8 b5 o
