检查胎停的原因

我的一个朋友前段时间很不幸发生了胎停流产。最近她想查一下胎停的原因，但是听说好像加拿大这边一般一次胎停是不给检查的，请问JM们知道那里可以检查吗？就是查查染色体，激素还有抗体什么的？或者Alberta有专门检查或者治疗胎停的专科大夫或者医院吗？希望大家可以推荐一下。

当然可以做些一般的检查
但是流产3次后才做特别的检查以及见专家
不过手术后有时候病理报告可能会看出来出了什么问题

# {7 P7 n  n" b" }0 K一次流产后 基本上生活多调节下 服用维生素 叶酸 不用再做什么检查

爸爸们也混这个版的

看多少周了。。。。。早期的话属于spontaneous abortion,一次的话是不给查的。

你想查啥呢？

, U' \/ z' q/ W- m, estill birth or fetal demise 话，妈妈会抽血，抽一大堆血。至少20多个试管吧。。。。。。。。。掉下来的placenta membrane 会送pathology。 也还不一定能查出啥东西来。。

永安里，你好，就是想查一下染色体、甲功、性激素、支原体衣原体、不育抗体、自身抗体、封闭抗体、阴道彩超，男方精液什么的，国内好像都给检查这些。另外你说的抽血是在哪里做的呢？怎么我朋友流产后没有做过呢？另外什么是ＳＡ呢？谢谢了！

SA - spontaneous abortion
! ^( R5 c: I7 Y' I/ b% K% Ragain if it happened late in pregnancy then they would have done all the investigations at the time of the incident, probably in hospital
* Q+ a8 G# r  p4 V3 uif it was early in pregnancy then see the family doctor for a routine check & routine bloodwork
miscarriages happen to 30% of all pregnancies, so it is very common, there is no need to do all the antibody testing you discussed at this point unless there is some other family history, but that should be discussed with a doctor and not online

! W" |4 T5 u7 Y9 \you can talk to your doctors and require to perform the tests that you mentioned. If s/he thinks it's necessary then the tests will be ordered.
