' r+ I6 h- H9 F: K) N9 LReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
$ |7 I, i8 _* N4 k• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.% e9 @- v5 a$ W5 f- y) ^% v, C
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives. . R8 b' w' `$ Z' |
• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.* ^2 c% q6 o% Z# ?9 R8 P8 ?2 ^
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
6 {3 Q. S: u9 A# x( i• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.6 B6 h; v1 J4 ]1 `% b9 }
• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).
! F) \/ _3 r! N' ]: T$ u9 F• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program." l7 O3 N, c \% {9 \8 [
• Support the development and implementation of company forms, policies and procedures.) N" R$ W6 O. Z) ]1 L
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.

• Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

$ {- Y5 [$ l3 i2 m! `9 NRequirements:1 v! ~- O5 c6 _! j- D
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills. 8 _+ O+ m( D; W: z+ j* P) z K
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. , C ?4 T& B" \( m r# p5 h! _$ T
• Strong Union Relations experience required.
7 F) y9 L7 t9 U5 h1 X8 N& \• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
" u' @) R- v1 q3 G5 _• CHRP Designation is an asset.
