If your parents are 移民, you don't have to buy health insurance for them.

5 a0 o2 R8 P; CThe qualification depends on Residency, not have to be immigrants. Also, The Eligiable medical expenses include "premiums paid to private health services plans", so the health insurance could qualify for the claim.

No,If you do so, you ask pay back with interest in some year after they found
