JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
' X; S: |: Y5 @; \# MThe TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as9 D* P* e- ?# r8 t8 D
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
3 N1 X+ ]% h0 R" m+ H- k4 nand judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable& M; }. E0 P+ T7 n- |( \8 G
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly- Y$ B' H) L9 L! `
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations9 y, C: M9 {- [) B% `

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations." F6 @/ N9 E! h
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.& Z* W+ B+ U3 Z. ^5 d; @
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
" W! b! T8 I# E• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
7 m; u# p: Z. p, O• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,& z6 e) V3 G" ?
timelines and budgets, l" T3 R( [) x4 T, a4 P& o( P
• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
9 X3 x* O8 o3 a( d: o# h0 qcompany’s business goals and policies/ B* ]" u! G' h P
• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.
, q% \& [0 Z( x: Z l4 V7 ~EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
9 \8 N9 ]7 v J( @# M& U• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
e% V. @) d% |1 p* e* A• Some field operational experience
9 \" ]/ D8 H% H N, C$ P+ S• Some knowledge of the services company provides" d( B( f" g5 F8 w% @
• Strong computer skills
1 C4 u9 C" E/ E• Class 5 licence.* \* @. |2 l5 p( B; i# ]* O

2 S0 Y6 \" O5 ~' S补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。) A, s- D" Y9 b! m, G8 R3 X
1 u, k& B) ~; `& ?( Z有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。
