15ml brown sugar

30ml brandy

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan/ t. A% @& I+ H" T7 h' M
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.$ \5 K* L+ H4 @5 ?
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
