Brandy Bananas' Z# b2 u$ Z4 ]- T9 a7 ~

  Z, P: d) X+ s' T( u7 i, r25g butter8 g/ t8 I; ]6 C6 l' S' I
15ml brown sugar
5 N! y" ~" `& I) _4 u  z. _15ml lemon juice
% v8 x- ~  x0 u- t( x2 bananas
9 A; v# X& H) S) E3 i30ml brandy
' @& {6 D  }  R9 D7 k7 hStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate
& P  o/ C+ Z; v, G+ C) GMint, icing sugar to garnish
+ }/ V* z. J& ]& H' R- r" E, X$ s
* y; i* P* j8 x& F+ O# hMethod1 m/ ~. i- X: L8 y6 J
1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan3 ?( q6 D. M% t; O* n
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.2 W- |4 W0 ]  E& u! i$ z% ]
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
6 E! R3 W! W+ i1 x) h# [$ B. Z$ C4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.: h/ I; U/ q* l; ]
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
  s4 C  R8 w% Z! n- J) y6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it.
