15ml lemon juice

( g! D4 H/ m |9 d7 q30ml brandy

Mint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan" [0 M0 n7 ]8 {7 Y6 z3 S7 A
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.' v2 L; [; ]. M+ ~" _
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
0 `2 T# \) \2 ^* T4 X7 R+ t4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
5 }4 m! Y0 } Y0 a5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
