25g butter
/ i" p0 K+ e0 K7 Z/ y15ml brown sugar
4 S5 _. ^; Y" R( V( |0 n15ml lemon juice
0 Q0 b3 J4 Y6 @4 e6 `7 U& @0 t2 bananas
8 J" V! `: U g( S30ml brandy% g, C- N5 ^! \) F, X u
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
& H4 m3 p D. V8 |2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length., z( \2 e4 l" l6 |/ T* k- r8 R( @
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
5 A: J1 O5 ~ W8 l# A% Y. ~4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
