& P8 E6 `2 \6 f25g butter
" j5 }; ?' a( a- Z6 m: s15ml brown sugar# q% G6 D( u4 a; H1 r7 c/ H) `6 ], T
15ml lemon juice
7 q( j3 W) {# f3 C6 k$ d2 bananas
; N" F8 E! |6 ]6 X0 y+ E" e, f& V30ml brandy
- r; ?. A2 U! F  _- l$ VStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate# n! Z: A# `3 ^$ ]- Q$ U' l7 t
Mint, icing sugar to garnish: R3 y) @( X* L  d! v  G
# h1 e5 B, Y% d& s( \- z
Method1 ^1 H0 Z) L4 q  M8 Q* U
1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan  i( {, w; T5 v% f% b
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.* y! S3 }: q9 A& I- ]% b  q
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.9 O" b$ }" x6 r) D# a5 Y
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
% e: H' y( C  m5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.( k- P( |. t7 ]3 u$ ~
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it.
