30ml brandy

Method
! v0 N/ { t: G1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
3 m0 a% p$ c3 ^ v, b2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.. q: n1 g* ]) j! ]8 x% W3 x! Z4 D
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
+ A& `3 P# s1 [1 s: d% ?4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.- i% V& W" n5 y/ t
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.1 |7 m% x% Q1 V. S9 ~
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
