15ml brown sugar
5 N! y" ~" `& I) _4 u z. _15ml lemon juice
% v8 x- ~ x0 u- t( x2 bananas
9 A; v# X& H) S) E3 i30ml brandy
' @& {6 D } R9 D7 k7 hStrawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan3 ?( q6 D. M% t; O* n
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.2 W- |4 W0 ] E& u! i$ z% ]
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
6 E! R3 W! W+ i1 x) h# [$ B. Z$ C4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.: h/ I; U/ q* l; ]
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
