换护照填表等问题

请问各位,我添表时有一项是国内户籍地址后面的联系人,我的户口还在以前的大学,户口托管在一个派出所.我可以填学校的联系人吗?还是填派出所的联系人?还是填一个亲戚作联系人?换护照的费用可以申请时用Visa卡付吗还必须用Money order 或公司支票?还有需要他们把护照寄给我的信封是普通的可以吗?谢谢!!!!!!!!!

You must use Money Order. If you use regular mail maybe not safe, passport is important.
Xpresspost is better, it is only $10.

No. You can only type "Consulate China - PRC", it also useful.

过期了也属于正常换发，70刀。
