: P! I; L" V; \; Y> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
# O# p: i5 D. F8 t0 q* R) e> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
6 `5 q4 Q, _* m+ F9 V% G) ?  s> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
/ V3 A: X( {% K' [! }3 V1 Y> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

; M4 }+ e! L' A7 c8 A; w> Head office support:
& {; S2 n* e0 l) K; u' {> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
4 ~. T$ f9 K' @> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
- w# s- o, }0 s  u4 S0 K+ r> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
- n  @( {$ ^3 _> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.

> including email, server access and print device(s).

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
% i, W. N5 Z* R2 I# S5 D2 m9 G> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
> · Problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
