- l- U1 X  s" o# c> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

: o8 M4 ]: `3 _> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
9 s/ K$ U2 G( h3 s- o. M> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
( [! {- r7 Q0 A> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
% L+ A, q; m( h1 v3 t> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
" ?! Y4 t) O% W  [9 K% s. h; ]* p> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
6 V2 U& P6 U. V0 P3 r3 E; t- `/ y> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

! j+ Y2 w" J- N> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
8 @" `1 P: y" Z# ^8 n> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.

> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
) w* [: G. I* x& b> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
% ^7 _( B# _$ s> including email, server access and print device(s).
7 R* ?1 |4 i4 I- @> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
% [0 f+ P, u0 `> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
0 ]+ M6 |; L! l/ q: h' @+ K5 k> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
$ M/ a  i" n# h1 }8 N5 C> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.
> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
