; V$ P) ^  x+ U' k> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1 B7 o/ S& u; N: q" k5 I6 \2 j( j2 V: D> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
, @  r( Q5 K+ {" G6 M; S# D0 }& f> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
  [7 f9 L( Z8 ?% x5 n9 \2 J  _/ Z' x> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.
! E, {$ b! N" O> · Provide support for POS systems and Windows software,
1 g8 |$ R5 c. H( {, ?> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
/ C" n# |. v( [> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
# A  N; r4 G) d9 g/ @5 [> network, VPN, etc.
> · On-call after hours support required

* s2 |. ]4 x& A9 [8 s8 E  i% m4 q> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.
> · Provide support for printers, faxes, etc…
> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
+ `0 o/ b" V0 I+ H> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
1 H  z# C9 i& i# G6 V5 n* q8 p2 q> · 1 -2 years related experience.
1 G4 c; m2 @' s5 ~( D> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
' J& I' `' n# z3 o, [> and networking.
# n& T& z9 K0 f> · Enterprise environment experience preferable
> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset

> · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
