Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

# }5 o( M/ w+ T•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
! }* Q8 t9 _$ m4 e: r' k9 e2 a# c•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
2 t  R. c# Z0 Y, G: {4 c•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
, y, M( Y; P! E( W. \•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
' t; D% X  p! I+ M•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

# E* K$ N7 R7 y  ?•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
" A7 t; p( j8 M% S7 H# o1 J•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
