Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
( k' H2 W& e$ J8 [% F" P•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
% a% k) a9 _1 i•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
! S% I6 m4 s+ v% V, @•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
