% P+ |1 m; Q0 EShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

  t6 }6 W1 L$ Q•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- U$ j: t" K+ t  f4 X•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- r5 X2 e8 i. f. t3 J+ Z1 s! C•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
9 Z' Z% \# X+ o# L/ R•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
( I1 A& {2 @: e2 x8 H% x•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
