Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
. T  H' ?0 r3 W. o& b4 U% n& c$ XShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
. s$ p) |* [: ^/ a5 g& w7 t•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
' S4 J$ O$ |. d! p' R•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
+ B( r( H1 L0 V: d' d•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  Q) j& C  H7 v1 z•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
