Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
8 g' v. p* }( o2 e7 P: N6 `•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
1 \8 _6 k  {! m% {/ k1 M9 T•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- k( Z, @3 a/ x* h; G* m, e•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
, G7 n$ F7 ^! B6 k! N" y•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Skills/Requirements:
0 o0 {; s% L9 {  \5 K" C
: [% `8 n1 w/ }•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
