• Take customers' orders
0 \+ V2 H8 m( m8 b. P• Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using manual and electric appliances$ x' ^# a& ]- u) W
• Prepare food such as sandwiches, hamburgers, salads, milkshakes and ice cream dishes
, k; w* d3 X0 |" M& @8 X- d U• Portion and wrap food or place it directly on plates for service to patrons, and package take-out food
