The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

+ N8 a# l4 k8 SResponsibilities include:
• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community
& V+ M0 \+ G0 T• Program implementation
5 ]4 `. H6 k$ x- O  b( u• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
6 `2 V+ q- A4 y- r, J) r• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
' |1 J7 L/ K: E: @  |; ]• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
• Behavior management
• Medication Administration
3 C) L8 X% B! o• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

Education
1 j" [, c' S4 ]. b, \• Completion of a high school diploma
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field
: r0 [7 J0 V1 W0 uTraining & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)
• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)
• Standard First Aid with CPR
• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
• *Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training
• *Medication Administration

• Ability to complete physical lifts and transfers of individuals
