The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in: x; J. l' F) N) T+ `, ?. R
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining. G# G7 \/ ^+ V( b' q
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet9 k* t" M: |% _
client demands are key components of this position.
7 T0 {. U; v4 B1 @9 _! m7 ZResponsibilities:
$ R& [, h+ \5 t8 @' B4 f0 S: X" i1 C· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;. S1 n7 y" E) n( s4 O! `* ^& Z
· Verify pricing and availability of product;; @1 b+ C9 r* |' N
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;, z' B9 k: X' z7 D/ B# n$ ~  R
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
6 w' m6 `' P& J: R! z· Collect payments for cash account orders;
' v9 V% d" k& P3 O7 \1 G· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;$ v5 Y9 }6 O! D) z, Z* Y& E
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
& A( j$ `4 S( N; k% @8 g· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate$ Q6 [% D) Y9 U$ V' H/ M2 _
database;/ p) h% J& ?  n/ n, w' Y+ A) e
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
7 C. C8 z8 m4 o! m1 w9 L. G· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
/ ~" Q' F3 |% [  M1 [. T/ O# I· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;9 V5 I! |0 j" B  C# H, J" \0 t6 j
Qualifications/Requirements:! v& O5 X; j0 ^+ {) d; S+ I
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
0 r; c4 q3 o4 z2 c3 o5 nlasting relationships with customers;
/ {- J$ D- }, f! F) t( ?· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
9 H: x- e: {1 o# v" g· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
& F- {' {/ w7 E5 p· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
2 [" O! H8 V6 n' V0 z  @( Y· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
/ Z  m# T9 m) }4 o: b- Z· Excellent organizational skills;* M, S; Y9 K/ }; w; V0 G
