person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
7 C, L, u, ~! u· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;, D9 i, p8 L, ^+ P; {- | }
· Verify pricing and availability of product;. N/ ^( ^$ ~& w4 V; i# E) B/ n6 _
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
7 S+ ^4 K3 c4 c1 t; p7 J2 N· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;' [2 E/ o) i$ R) L$ J/ [
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
: ]! q9 {$ i8 _' L. \/ _% ~ E$ p· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
3 C% A6 K# ~# J0 f8 }# x6 O$ G· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
1 f4 l- R" _6 r. a: b· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
/ C& _8 }4 d) V0 i6 ddatabase;
8 K( p8 W. d0 l: M0 d. l7 S# |2 `( z· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;5 t1 }# l3 Z$ {7 w
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;7 J: J6 Y$ M' s
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;3 i2 Z2 j5 \9 w+ K" m2 e% ]
Qualifications/Requirements:" p; ~- k5 L4 h, p/ E$ }" R
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain7 S/ ]$ b8 d; C$ T; y5 W
lasting relationships with customers;7 _$ r& \& [/ {9 b
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;' \# p3 T; }' R! W+ Z' _
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;& B N q! S7 Y. O2 R
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;- x! K1 P+ f1 `7 d
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
1 w& Y k' C( J7 _3 ^# L1 V· Excellent organizational skills;
