Role/Function:
' h& R6 D3 c9 q/ CThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in, ]" Q3 s" b1 f# g
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining# L. j6 R# M( G3 G) B$ m' s% L

Responsibilities:6 X! X* q: t8 a0 v7 }( k) D I
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;8 Y, R% \' i7 x. l
· Verify pricing and availability of product;' L3 d' d$ |' v
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
5 H6 f% ^* h& {+ \, G! ~( D" }" G· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
) b9 d4 O# D! h' t. l· Collect payments for cash account orders;
; g0 _$ q, v- b$ h( j· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
) _% ^9 }) p/ j+ H3 @+ S( n* |5 }· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;3 P) n+ |6 I0 D) Q" y8 a
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate2 `8 X2 T+ t$ O) y1 S' t, h
database;
% C% U5 K8 z" h" }9 T· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
7 N( T1 ~; z6 q· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
( h3 K0 ^1 ~7 \. F3 d9 Z· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;/ p b5 i3 ^ c8 I8 V! i
Qualifications/Requirements:
' |# F |, g( c5 r2 |3 _· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
/ z; `2 F: X9 ?) S A0 t/ i# z/ f9 Slasting relationships with customers;6 W2 F4 W- Q s- v0 v
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;+ Y1 G& [0 O# s+ d4 j' c: e1 P* X/ ^9 l) Q
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;+ s7 q( S# W% S5 \2 a
· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
. H8 o4 g0 S: `· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
0 T5 n3 p) E* H( }* b7 g" G& t/ B, r4 S· Excellent organizational skills;4 N2 p7 E! G, A r5 r0 \; j
