The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in6 [& J# X! E& h5 Y) u& q+ Y* o# Y
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining: P7 I; H: J* e: {
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet- O" q$ ~5 | t2 O
client demands are key components of this position.

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;! C5 n7 A: @: R/ j# S& v; m3 z
· Verify pricing and availability of product;6 f1 | ]1 I3 n( ~
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
6 N" g& q. z& Y0 a6 X$ a· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
, C/ R- }& G- f- `· Collect payments for cash account orders;( ^2 Q+ F' {; Q( y
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
/ V u( m2 O3 m! \/ m- M4 [! }4 ~8 M· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;( S4 A1 V3 t& J; v
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
$ E7 l3 b; |. K P4 ~database;0 c- V8 {4 x: q* X
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;3 A9 O' S/ E4 B4 S* J0 U
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;

Qualifications/Requirements:& B9 x% Y5 z; I4 o( ^1 Y1 Y8 r9 V4 v
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
4 U# y: P( @- M" M- klasting relationships with customers;; F3 y: [3 R9 V* z) w8 o& I
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;' Z+ `' k* A9 n% r" ?
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
1 y" m4 K9 j) h* d9 N3 ^( e· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
0 R- v) l# B" A [8 d$ L· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);% L4 X- h: u: ]2 `+ Z/ L. `
· Excellent organizational skills;
