Role/Function:
9 ^; w# c8 k, O" l$ u$ `The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in
# C4 ]* F' w9 t( h1 u7 R% M2 Vperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining
1 H# p: ~, W4 p4 t. o9 Hrelationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet
5 I5 e. I5 [! o9 Kclient demands are key components of this position.
# z4 A5 a5 P; TResponsibilities:. S5 f' T2 H( M( [
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;& x5 n( Z" A  o6 ^& D0 ~
· Verify pricing and availability of product;: X7 ^% T1 T  _, ~+ F! {
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
/ J0 O! f2 K8 @2 D& V0 A; B· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;2 F0 F8 k1 P, i
· Collect payments for cash account orders;" {* u* L6 q- ^
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
9 n* R0 |3 k% f3 q7 g7 h1 |· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
8 D# N) r! [. y7 c$ A· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate4 C$ |- {" u( }
database;( L( ~; d/ e, C2 R& X6 J
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;1 s1 w4 c7 _6 {/ F! P. p+ W
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
4 J% ^' [& t/ b- E) b· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
7 v6 ~) E; W/ R. l$ t* o7 ?; [- l: tQualifications/Requirements:4 f  K. n5 J$ c0 {# B
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain
7 ?& G; D6 S2 D' v( G$ O# jlasting relationships with customers;; p3 c) I  h# d7 s
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
& {% ?4 ]7 \8 ~· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  ]. m; T/ \( h" ~) s( _" P+ [. L· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
2 ]' t8 {' ~; s1 S8 F4 R· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);: f+ R- f& O2 E
· Excellent organizational skills;
