奥巴马$450 billion 增加就业新计划

奥巴马今天下午在国会表演说，推出增加就业的新法案，将cost 美政府$450 billion.

其中包括，失业金延长一年，cut small business social security tax for another year
如果公司雇佣已失业6 个月的人员，将得到$4000 的tax credit, 增加建筑和教师的工作职位等，

奥巴马总统说，没有silver bullet, 要继续试行各种新方案。。。
