It is in a sort after Northwest Neighborhood. It has a private lake (open to neighborhood residents only) that has beach, boat, canoe, fishing in the summer (all free) and skating, ice fishing in winter. Lots of community events. Great for family fun. Check out1 R2 e: r+ z @: a& F. {2 Q

There are two good schools one K-G9 and the other G4-G9 that are 5~7 mins walk from my house. A new high school will open next Sept. in the neighbourhood, which is about 20 mins walking distance.

$ A# r2 n& ?+ V- \" e! j7 M* F3 RIt is a 5 mins. bus ride to the end of the LRT line, very convenient transit to downtown and University of Calgary.
