申请材料里面说是

% U5 I3 K, @/ e, J- \0 ?当时需要身份证明的时候提交了护照和landing paper的复印件，可是被退回来了。birth certificate是一定没有了。查了一下以前人的资料，都说landing paper复印件就可以，可是我交了同样的东西怎么还是被退回要求重交呢。
