Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)

) I* O) `- R  R% n% YDuties:
To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:
8 U4 d: Y) \! L; ^
( k  ]" ]! G9 b Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
. @3 T. ^7 U( h Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
 Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
8 M, |0 e1 d+ C2 k" ~ Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
 Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
0 Z" z$ J% I7 {7 `9 k  m Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
- b3 h2 f" q. P Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

7 Y* E) N, A! i' }- `, z" y Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
- Y6 e0 t* b0 L2 S2 D$ H: b A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
 Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
/ c  [, ?# `( {, b( V8 L8 S Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
2 p0 y% }" Y) I# G% } Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
