Pros:
* New battery; New stereo
& l5 h9 f+ y# S3 T* New master Cylinder (6 months warranty left)
* New exhaust Manifold and Pipes (about 3 months warranty left)
% B* n3 b  |) r4 |0 {: V* New muffler (about 9 months warranty left)
1 R9 Z5 |6 o6 v- ~* New distributor (I think this has about 3 months warranty)
* Timing belt replaced at 200000 KM
2 E7 B5 z- a  s( U/ G" I* Runs really well.  Good on fuel.  Fun to drive.
Cons:
* I replaced the passenger seat with a different model so it doesn't match
* Glove box needs repair
* Passenger side window mechanism needs to be replaced (still opens and closes, but takes a little tweaking to get it to seal)
