大家见笑了！第一次写英文，请大家帮忙改改吧！这是一封准备给巴士公司关于新线路的投诉信。
原来从 THE HAMPTON 去 WEST EDMONTON MALL 大概25分钟，现在要到新建的交换中心
去中转一下，平均要40分钟才能到西MALL，每天一个来回多花了30分钟,我想让他们知道他们这样一年浪费了我们多少时间。

错误确实挺多。
第一个错误就是，标点呼号几乎都错了。除了第一个逗号以外，都应换成句号。

好吧，根据你的文章，我给你简单纠正一下：

Since both places are in west side of the city I used to be able to get to work for only 25 min by route 119 before the new transit center came to use, now it takes me 40 min on average. That is 15 minutes MORE each way and 30 mintues MORE each day, 780 mintues MORE each month (I work 6 days a week) for my commuting to work.

I guess the new transit center serves its purpose somehow, but I do believe that i am not the only one who actually is much worse off by this new system and felt very frustrated about the substantial time wasted on the road. Therefore I am writing this complaint letter to bring the awareness of the shortcomings of this new system, and urge the managment to revisit the current system/schedule, and hopefully make adjustments to meet public needs and make us enjoy our transit system again.

这篇建议信除了英文有问题之外,更关键的是整体思路完全错误.
1) 线路修改了,你不方便,可能更多人方便呢?
2) 而且通过计算你一年多花了多少时间,是很幼稚的思路.
公交公司顶多回你一封信,表示谢谢建议这类的客套话.

总之,这种信很难写. 你没有市场调查,不知道公交公司的新线路是盈利还是赔钱,写出来的理由根本无法击中公交公司的要害.

在敌强我弱的情况下,不彻底击中要害,根本撼动不了对方

你是好意。不过你的事情只是个案。如果说为了改进，肯定要有数据支持，比如这条线上平均每天有多少人坐车，有多少人的时间花的比过去的更多了，这样应该更有说服力。
