请教CPP/EI Exemption是什么意思

大家好，我才到加拿大上班，税务方面一头雾水。

: c% \6 l, W& p$ o4 [1 L入职时小蜜给我一份CPT1表格填写。"Aplication to Canada Revenue Agency for CPP/EI Exemption". 请问这个表格是申请什么的？是申请不缴CPP/EI吗, 还是其他意思？
