8 _" `, l+ K6 t% F        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
+ B7 B3 @# a, g- q6 N•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
* f3 K( B  J, B0 k) a! `$ Y•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

+ _+ x/ t% Q/ O/ S$ gPreferred Qualifications
. S9 W8 r) K0 Z: b4 J•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
! k% R3 E/ E2 ?1 u; l•        Experience in project management & report writing
$ i5 }6 e: r8 T/ S•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
