This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

1 B& P: |5 [: c# S• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
& G5 w& ~ {$ V/ n8 n• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
! F6 U. d" c Y" A8 p$ R3 t$ }% P• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
+ @3 `3 K$ s& _5 W/ @' _• Coordinate program evaluation and report writing' r3 x5 j- e2 S7 \6 _. {# E
9 V+ e S4 Y) t4 Z7 X% v: RPreferred Qualifications* Z8 S6 m8 ~- f6 T8 T
• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
! f: I( `5 \& g7 B• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
, j$ d( k5 W, `• Experience in project management & report writing % V+ m- b( x# m8 A* _
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable7 t. b5 R% e# `0 j, \& p
