        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
. \, }( N) g  K( q* d, Q•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
6 `1 C! ]8 a" s* P+ k8 R5 n! i•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

: \7 j0 j8 [; h% f; c, M  M$ B: _Preferred Qualifications
8 C* e6 h" V; j•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
2 u4 h7 l+ Z: a& i- v4 @" z' T# A" R% o•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
( ^$ o" u7 r) e, z9 k$ f3 ]0 a•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
