Position Summary:
& L! K4 p# d7 ]        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

& ]. E8 L- j! P( S, Z9 DResponsibilities
$ m8 M) e7 Z& `; ]•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
1 e% L. D0 n- k9 {& J( Z3 s•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
6 P, d& Z2 @- U: ]+ z$ j% n* I0 _/ u6 C6 W•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

- e' I, l/ v! H3 Y- O0 v  iPreferred Qualifications
•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
* Z$ Y; Z3 h2 K# ^/ X, [•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
4 J! F) }1 u8 U- `. U: B9 ^•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
