Duties & Responsibilities:
/ A+ f; I1 O' i' b  q§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
, |$ T, m  p3 U$ n% W: m8 i§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
# s# j+ @6 m$ t- l. d2 `! `. R§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
" y0 M2 r8 Q2 j9 D3 j! \5 z§ High School Diploma
& a1 i+ ~/ A8 w5 U8 A§ Valid Drivers License
! ^7 W1 j- U4 l0 |$ r) D§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
+ M) \8 C# t. Y: E§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
' m3 m$ b% w5 ?2 z0 M% p! q§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
§ Ability to use computers
§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
