, o: b- i9 I/ ~- P3 v6 u1 T9 G19(1) A person shall not give driver training for consideration unless the person4 u! U$ k9 t' T1 G) c
- y+ t; ]7 P5 Z2 i$ ? (a) holds a subsisting instructor’s licence, and
% b5 }5 c/ Q6 J) D+ m4 ^' \5 e; r" I2 V6 F% o1 X/ D
(b) is employed by a driver training school.

(a) a teacher employed by a board under the School Act who is giving classroom training only while in the course of that employment, or
