When you start the PC, press F8 before logging in Windows. It will displays a DOS command menu, choose SAFE MODE.
0 G; T8 ]1 J' t$ c4 Y, ONow you can kill the virus under Safe mode.

Any anti-virus software, such as F-secure. F-secure is free for UA guy. BTW if you visit www.wenxuecity.com, your computer will have this virus.
