我在国内有好几年的驾驶记录，翻译公证了的， 考本地牌是交给了 regsitry.
1 o& ?6 v9 V# J% v& N保险中介说可以承认国外3年驾驶记录。但需要那个证件。不知能从regsitry 那里要回来？

加拿大大部分保险公司都不承认中国大陆的驾驶记录（他们承认香港和台湾）。

Ask your registry agent to write a letter stating your chinese driving record.
Provide this letter to your insurance company. You should be able to get discount for insurance premium.
