An arrest has been made in connection to the death of a York University student last week.

Police charged Brian Dickson, 29, with first-degree murder in connection to the suspicious death of Qian Liu., \9 y# V4 f. E$ d( X
: ]; H4 s7 N1 Y. g" A
The 23-year-old was found dead in her basement apartment late last week.

In a brief news conference Wednesday, police announced that Dickson had been arrested, but appealed to media not to publish his photo.
