g3 g+ J( e6 cPolice charged Brian Dickson, 29, with first-degree murder in connection to the suspicious death of Qian Liu.; x# G; X: b9 Y

The 23-year-old was found dead in her basement apartment late last week.

In a brief news conference Wednesday, police announced that Dickson had been arrested, but appealed to media not to publish his photo.
