An arrest has been made in connection to the death of a York University student last week.

Police charged Brian Dickson, 29, with first-degree murder in connection to the suspicious death of Qian Liu.1 C$ \5 K9 O" p/ d
9 b* t) F0 S* Q5 WThe 23-year-old was found dead in her basement apartment late last week. 6 \' p% l8 `# g9 x* S

In a brief news conference Wednesday, police announced that Dickson had been arrested, but appealed to media not to publish his photo.
