In a brief news conference Wednesday, police announced that Dickson had been arrested, but appealed to media not to publish his photo.

As Qian Liu’s father arrived from China on Friday to claim his dead daughter.$ V: G3 s v8 A3 K) _$ J$ V, h1 A: ~
