- E; n! A# T# Z; T, JThis position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

0 p! C. T: f" t0 `! {6 WDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
6 {/ J( J$ l2 X3 b' n•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
( X+ Q* o2 m1 B! A) E' V•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
4 N1 ?$ f' a4 z5 Q- [•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
' T* x4 n% k* h  R7 E, F•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
; T& t6 O# U; r  [+ G•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
•        Willingness to maintain proficiency by embracing new technologies.
•        High attention to detail.
•        Strong customer service orientation.
