% u3 i4 G7 C. vUnder general direction of the Executive Director, the Project Coordinator serves as a team
$ e4 g: l- t5 Y' zplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal# \) A5 S' K$ f
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).

H" D+ [To assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.! c: T, |# e0 t; L: G3 ^

Job Qualification5 n( `5 R( P5 e5 z
Must possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
7 g5 y$ o8 V6 d2 f) o3 \! GMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s
, e- E' P" r6 m# Z# U3 _School)
! ^3 a0 Y# K+ iMust have supervisory experience7 f. V# K" |0 L+ Y0 I) n
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system
2 t p9 ~* w8 Z7 U, G" q/ _, A/ K; aMust be computer literate& g& Y/ J8 q; F' E! Z
Must present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.3 [8 a' F+ u9 y
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
- U: {/ g& p1 H/ d3 q I1 \3 w+ PMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills2 f% m0 @) r- X1 v8 K; B3 j
Must possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already
