公会电工给非公会公司干活要汇报吗

公会的网站上说的很严重，一定要汇报。汇报后会丢掉排队号吗。或者有什么其他说法吗？谢谢各位老鸟指点

If you not tell and they find out (Do you do tax report?) they will put your name on black-list and you will hard get new job.

If you tell and you will pay work union due as you got job from 424.
