Looking for a Room around UA campus ( 5月 - 6月 or 7月)

I am looking for a furnished room. I will be staying in Edmonton for about 2 months from May.

My budget is 350~450$ for month, inclusive of water, internet, utility. I don't mind having a housemate, but mind staying in a living room.
