Contact Service Canada if you change your name, your citizenship status changes, information on your SIN record is incorrect or incomplete, or if there is a death in your family.7 I+ _8 j3 M, f1 w4 j3 F! z
Inform Service Canada if your SIN card is lost or if you suspect that your SIN is being wrongly used.& ?7 A# i( Q) m: i7 ~
