lowest rate cell phone for just in case

Ever heard of Virgin mobile.
0 u: g$ p; `+ L7 EI personally have no big use for cell phone but a friend of mine told me I should have one on highway. Virgin cell offers 15 minutes that last three months.

I have a Fido on the shelf disconnected because it was hardly used.
