By their website, they have been in business for quite a long time. It's not a small one. But I heard of that sterling home has a better quality but a little bit more in price.

They might still have a few lots for 1352 sq.ft duplex avalable. And it gives me an impression that sterling's design looks wilder. That's why I choose theirs.
