Wages: $16.00 per hour, 40 hrs weekly, rotational shifts including evenings and weekends

* k# {6 F1 z) M$ X; N( R; LJob Description/Main Duties:
-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
0 S8 X: j( L1 [; f( x; e-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
  L# N' \) d/ f) M: r-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
+ z* ~) |4 b4 k-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
; P% a( e4 x7 s3 s' R7 x3 E8 p2 I* y1 b-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

  h- m5 y1 q% o# Q% c4 B( mEmployment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
; L. w$ k: a( F6 M; V8 m. R" [( D-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
3 h' |3 r6 R  K" n4 k9 G2 s" o-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
-        Ability to work rotational shifts including evenings and weekends
