Job Description/Main Duties:
  H3 Y9 G" y/ K" k( J& Z4 g-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
6 ^# V/ y* J! t, ]$ `( i3 k-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
9 ?; h6 A# }9 y) L9 D4 R: ?0 }0 W+ @) M-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
) f, {. w2 Y6 r( g-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

  b* G9 ^9 V- V-        Completion of secondary school is required
-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
