; n0 Q" h5 d6 L$ J! h. a. {6 K-        Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
-        Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
-        Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-        Sell merchandise to customers
-        Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
6 w: t& u( f. a/ j4 o3 A-        Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-        Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-        Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment Requirements:

-        Completion of secondary school is required
! A0 z! y) T$ t-        At least 1 year of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk is required
4 M$ A8 E: ?, y  `3 \0 o# f! Q-        Experience in the furniture sales would be an asset
, ]9 X: V  K$ b5 V/ D-        Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
