Brief Description of Job Duties:  Responsible for providing server
support and software validation testing on existing and new products.
3 `4 G7 E* r$ ~( P( xThe successful candidate will work primarily with J2EE technologies on
developed web-based software. Specific responsibilities include
4 N' g; F8 V* t  k  p2 L  g) I7 d' C( cconfiguration and maintenance of lab equipment, test planning, test
4 G+ k& i% I# E, c5 Y: u- bdesign, ASP/JSP development, test execution and reporting.

Skills Required:    Working knowledge of setup, administration and
' I; U) z2 a; n. [0 |deployment of JBoss, WebSphere and/or WebLogic Application Servers is
& U9 {1 r/ n/ }; [& D9 s( Crequired, as is expertise on Linux and Windows and Solaris servers.
, R: M5 z  N& c8 c, w1 PExperience with network documentation and planning and expertise with
- O0 E) ^/ s# p' E' J' aWindows Active Directory is a plus. Some object-oriented or Java
2 w! D% s! P# U; J; Uprogramming experience would also be an asset.

related discipline.  2-3 years server support experience with at least 1

Senior-level documentation tasks.  Primary responsibilities will include

2 l6 t9 B2 Y* b/ T* J7 d: tapplication documentation.  (Online help systems and technical notices.)

* P* [8 }% ]  A0 zSkills Required:  Strong research, writing, editing, and technical
skills.  Familiarity with software development processes and software
technologies.  Experience with documentation authoring tools such as
Dreamweaver, Robohelp, and Framemaker.  Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience Required:  Minimum of 8+ years experience writing
; Y2 d8 }9 W+ {* E" k# ~documentation in a formal technical writing environment, with a recent
1 `; w- w, _5 yfocus on documenting web-based applications.

The candidate will work with other writers, developers, and test
9 }( M+ C( n3 y2 R3 cengineers in a team environment to create documentation for technical
