Responsibilities:
. u9 k! n" M$ j! f! N4 l. fWorking as part of a team, this teaching and learning specialist will:
9 ^9 ^, x c7 c' g- _& e Provide research and writing in the development of an online Blended Learning Model.
+ d2 m8 F, \( p' @; p: V4 e Participate in initiatives of the Curriculum Development and Faculty Support.2 j0 l& [4 Q. I! Q% c. z V$ x
 Work in partnership with a Content Expert to develop an online curriculum in Moodle.
: G* J" S3 L4 h1 {3 FQualifications:
* G2 U! Q8 ]8 P& h, y# } V2 yA Bachelor’s Degree in Education with teaching experience including experience in curriculum development. Some teaching experience in a post-secondary environment is desirable. A high level of knowledge in faculty support, instructional techniques, and/or designing and delivering online learning materials is required. A strong commitment to superior customer service and to a high quality teaching and learning environment as well as excellent skills in project management, consulting, and facilitation are essential. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. |
