Responsibilities include: screen, coordinate and provide services to multicultural or diverse clients; facilitate ongoing training for both clinical and administrative staff involving multicultural and diversity issues; provide individual and group counselling as needed for the Women’s/Men’s programs; represent the YWCA Sheriff King Home on multi-cultural/diversity issues/community groups.7 a: i9 U/ }+ R! Minimum requirements are: MSW or equivalent; four years clinical experience with two years experience working with culturally diverse populations.- F9 m1 J7 @% M, _. U; c2 r
