请问现在提交到buffalo申请移民，是否还需要CCPE的工程师认证？
( M- \% {; `( x0 d" R7 h* T6 O如果需要，是否可以提交申请以后补交？
. ~* ^# C9 E0 K( o  B0 n资金证明已经办了，如果推迟提交材料一个月，资金证明没问题吧？
