" e) x: ]( @+ o7 g' Y' d Proactively and independently develop initiatives in ethno-cultural communities that 3 V2 @7 U) G9 G4 [# C, l
increase their capacity to participate fully in the community : G# D# D2 A; Y8 a) E
 Develop initiatives that convene stakeholders, community organizations, government agencies and foster collaborations between immigrant and main-stream stakeholders.
4 F. n, V) I. V8 I6 i# j Proactively assist immigrant communities with: identifying needs, training, strategic planning, board development, project development, community economic development, funding proposal writing, program planning and implementation' O- P2 J( U8 ]
 Develop Community Economic Development initiatives and provide small business coaching to groups and individuals

+ x: f4 }/ D1 Q) u& G8 M: \! t Strong group facilitation skills

 Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proposal writing skills

 Experience/facility with Windows-based computer systems (specifically Windows 95/98/2000, MS Office, MS Word, databases, spreadsheets etc.)
