The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

Reception:
- W# W1 S/ z* {7 Y• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required# I' p2 l: a3 A9 t! T
• Answer multi line telephone system

Administration:, v0 f+ ~2 y8 r/ a' i: Q
• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
# W9 p) \# q/ R% _: f• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits

• Update and maintain databases
* {( S/ ?6 V! v0 G9 \$ K& K* c• Generate monthly reports and statistics

• Process payments and complete weekly deposits

• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors% J& h, X' C: p$ ]. g' r! t9 W; j4 e
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
5 l5 E. c: Q a5 ?• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

Qualifications:0 @& |5 I9 G1 X6 V0 U+ {
: V- k9 c: p$ B9 ~% s9 b/ f• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure4 }6 d4 @, Z7 O7 ^8 ]8 O! q. r
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
+ C; t/ H* }/ b/ ]0 i$ I7 V. }• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1 N9 _3 b3 d, o; N• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
5 Z3 ~, ^! C/ f$ y* A• Able to interact positively with a diverse population

• Strong organizational skills and abilities
