The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

/ Y+ w8 }5 K0 O5 JThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required

Administration:
+ J2 V' q! \/ ]7 [- L& \: D1 V• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads
) o h) q3 Q* U3 G4 K5 `. r; R• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits7 l2 M( J( M- _5 W& u
• Input and manage high volume of data& P& G7 p1 ~: |4 Y
• Update and maintain databases
9 n9 ^& n4 F" a, J7 ^5 {# E* E• Generate monthly reports and statistics8 \* c/ R* Z( c, p3 r
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation& R, N0 a0 D% c9 A
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits
0 l2 ^% Q* q$ l* X9 y6 O• Write and revise business correspondence and forms' M- n1 `+ R0 V3 o
• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors
4 m6 z2 X+ V a D• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre

) u# w0 [; l$ v$ f6 R' X• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure% `8 Q/ P, }" |3 o
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS G2 P/ s j3 }9 ^; ]2 w
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Z( z3 P/ S& R3 F) K4 J
• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work3 N) a0 ^3 r; e3 }+ b `+ B
• Able to interact positively with a diverse population
