The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre. 8 c: E( S; w @3 Z8 l

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required* U3 J3 ^, U" K* g) ?+ U
• Answer multi line telephone system

Administration:0 a. A) r; y2 A1 K0 l; C
• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads/ o( O( H5 Y3 u, t
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
2 B9 p$ l0 Z) C) o1 [• Input and manage high volume of data
' H! W. P3 Y- c& ~. s0 M• Update and maintain databases
. a0 M0 L0 `9 z3 q1 k• Generate monthly reports and statistics
4 b( n( R' ~: U; x8 V• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation1 i: ~" @! k# o& c) x
• Process payments and complete weekly deposits4 Z' ` G% N" a; l- U' J
• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
& _4 l7 _4 ]4 ?' I• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors' z. `$ J7 a# f# @, o- T
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre
0 q4 m% i( Q# P# p! v! N; z• Ability to handle inquiries about programs and services to other community agencies and to clients

9 [, m; r- ~5 W, D• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure+ R3 p+ ?, S: @: U! u% r
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS

• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
