The YWCA has an opportunity for a Services Coordinator in the Counselling Centre. The YWCA Counselling Centre offers professional and accessible counselling services for families, couples and individuals. The Service Coordinator is a dynamic position being the first point of contact for clients of the Counselling Centre.

" }$ Q3 @- k2 d7 S: yThis is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with working hours from 8:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday. The Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of the Counselling Centre and supports a diverse team.

Reception:. O4 s A& j5 R7 X( \
• Greet and provide assistance to clients of the Counselling Centre and visitors to the YWCA as required9 Z: V0 U5 H" g- G8 }+ t1 K6 a
• Answer multi line telephone system

' x3 n& z& ]* r7 Y& P$ RAdministration:
& j9 X; U+ R5 U4 k5 f• Schedule client appointments and counsellor workloads" ?1 l% H* |/ E; S( h
• File and organize paperwork and files related to client visits
( x: Y" T1 S$ i$ I2 Q- s• Input and manage high volume of data v! D* N9 Y: T3 Q. a2 `/ j, C
• Update and maintain databases9 Z. X* |' _4 [4 m7 w2 z
• Generate monthly reports and statistics2 P2 y) o+ r; {
• Organize and directly support group materials and documentation

• Write and revise business correspondence and forms
% n' l( u' y! a F* E/ V• Provide clerical support (such as word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, mail outs and filing) for the Manager of the Counselling Centre and Counsellors1 R$ o7 _. S0 g5 |) u4 L
• Thorough knowledge of services and programs offered by the Counselling Centre

Qualifications:
) O ] f3 h* n9 {. B* W7 x3 `# ^6 }) c" I# K
• Minimum two years experience in areas related to office reception and office procedure5 C, I: c/ g5 t9 d2 A y; c# y
• Proven experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including ACCESS
2 Z3 z/ g8 t" D' p8 ]• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
1 R/ ^8 i* n+ ~• Detail orientated and ensure accuracy in work
