' [/ K7 |1 }7 |6 K; y& _; Oservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first - \5 r; U8 T2 c* I* G
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
9 O% P; @* m6 u# B" ?& UEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 7 b7 k) g. ?# P5 T
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved . [5 Y: v- j1 V, U" V! m- d, ^% [
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
) s# a5 W& u5 g7 S A' [are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
) d R" K( O3 @( ^% S6 Nbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
5 r2 H6 @0 }% _& Q K# \accountable to the project coordinator. ' a! q/ L( E0 I: Q; [6 {- R
9 T' x q5 i" \" L# J; }+ d7 |The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own : H1 N' r* X g Y( R
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
m6 @7 q6 O8 x+ Z) o }desirable.

Qualifications : P! ~0 q5 V( Y) t2 g, z3 N) L, w
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ! D4 u! c* W2 Z( b, l( F- Q0 L
Keen ability to organize and lead - r0 Y- I& t8 V
Regular attendance at meetings 4 m6 h% f0 }% @8 H) Z
Relate well with other youth and adults
