services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first ( r T, y( h: V1 {0 Y
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth ! Q2 c8 c) `! R( ~$ v, m2 F
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a ) m( `- V. a2 m; A
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
3 M! _6 X$ w2 t. z- c$ fin the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
, \7 o# p Y% u/ {, F7 P- eare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
" M. @+ ^/ W" h, } n; ubalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 1 }! e! d) ]+ r |0 T
accountable to the project coordinator. ; A% g. @2 r* B5 n; O8 v% o
6 r( v5 A! T- L5 v' C9 aThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own 0 L* `2 L# S7 H( H
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is 5 i! L( T# ?: N* Y0 ?4 F) T

Qualifications , B9 h' l7 n8 _
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ; O/ ~+ Z$ z5 a9 Y' m
Keen ability to organize and lead . a; L) J K& R8 T) S
Regular attendance at meetings
$ U- G2 Y9 w5 `( `, M$ A eRelate well with other youth and adults 5 E6 ?6 T+ u; \" ^: N" W; `0 u: }, w
Willing to be mentored and trained
