1 V. U5 q! B) d1 P l( }services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first ' O" E* f( o1 e
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
; n, b8 g, |8 |, P2 BEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a 9 d% a0 v# H* q+ `; r f
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved / B* y5 n5 d; g# F
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You ' Z, Y- ^6 t; J7 j ^8 [
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events, : B* R. i) O0 ?% F7 p& e* p
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be 3 c( ~) n9 |, S# C. B v
accountable to the project coordinator.
. w% M# K8 G6 [7 Z1 d 7 a- k; ~ O) e% G1 k9 H+ B
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
+ |4 T8 N$ H6 h4 f4 yschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is

18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills ) ^! L# F" \. H! _; L4 L l) B2 Z
Keen ability to organize and lead 9 a4 W: s1 ^' S
Regular attendance at meetings
: a% H: t) X% r* ^5 b: k. K5 b* e! ERelate well with other youth and adults - S* ~8 ~5 F5 j( k% j4 c# I& A% x
Willing to be mentored and trained
