Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
# w; q) ~0 [4 ]" r( _services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing 1 @* C, N! {! E6 k! M5 D4 K, S. I7 W
their development.

5 {4 U( p* o. y0 d- ETagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first * R- i3 s( D, c3 D, V/ _
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
( j A: f/ H; K9 G* k: SEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a + }5 f$ }1 h, V; M- }
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved , I# p6 j! w' }
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You 1 h. x9 w, G; i4 Z
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
0 x$ G1 j5 A. Ibalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be _/ S4 q9 Y+ j% E+ J Z2 v8 F
accountable to the project coordinator. , f9 T* U6 T4 w+ t+ S# P: t* v* n
! h; ^ d2 n/ H3 y1 A) y3 H" y
The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
8 A* |2 w/ K y. v( Bschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is : \$ x9 P' @& _3 w" G8 M
desirable. * q5 v6 t' T7 V! g- k

Qualifications ' e& e* s6 p/ C3 E" l6 E3 c
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills
3 R1 ^! r0 C; l2 g% ]; X/ q3 kKeen ability to organize and lead : F" u4 U+ R; {
Regular attendance at meetings 3 c! P/ J0 ~ E- f: ]0 ~, l
Relate well with other youth and adults
- U! y+ ~" E3 [; h: z% @2 t! X ^Willing to be mentored and trained + T, a7 d$ @2 H9 t- {
