Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
% f. V- @* Q( [their development.

2 O; V" c: @, a. o, h* g' aTagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
  [' ~, K1 @* s" T3 x" {. Y8 k3 hEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
2 z9 v6 h# P: `7 c$ a7 M/ j8 Kare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

, ], W- Q: A* x, ~The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

& o/ o, |* W( f1 e3 C. v18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
) Q+ J3 |5 M& f$ N1 n2 d5 D: |2 }% _Regular attendance at meetings  
' ^8 U2 k- X" @& o: SRelate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained
