' [/ K7 |1 }7 |6 K; y& _; Oservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
0 b, p% E! j5 z. Vtheir development.
; l" L0 x4 @' `6 c3 I6 Y( o
Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
9 O% P; @* m6 u# B" ?& UEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
youth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
) s# a5 W& u5 g7 S  A' [are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
) d  R" K( O3 @( ^% S6 Nbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
5 r2 H6 @0 }% _& Q  K# \accountable to the project coordinator.

9 T' x  q5 i" \" L# J; }+ d7 |The youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
  m6 @7 q6 O8 x+ Z) o  }desirable.

Qualifications  
18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
Keen ability to organize and lead
Regular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
0 I! D) O5 ^, }% _& S  z$ ZWilling to be mentored and trained
