+ r( A, I+ m" D! g3 tservices to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
7 ^2 d, i3 p1 X, }their development.

, ~% x7 Q- ^3 s( W0 S6 |Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
9 b) Z% Y7 x/ @8 V: _& |hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
Empowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
% N: \* O6 P1 s' Y- K8 ?8 Ayouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
% h7 ?7 U) p& \in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
+ V+ l2 d4 O' {2 G% Bare expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
3 ^" V4 y8 ~! M1 O1 |  cbalancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
accountable to the project coordinator.

' j- w. L; p" d0 C2 M  K4 QThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
# `2 Y; S8 T$ M$ ~( d# v0 I- Dschedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

Qualifications  
6 r  X" F" d$ k9 E18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
; m" W1 C* c" i$ v/ c* B- tKeen ability to organize and lead
: ]1 e0 a: d, ~" b; H( GRegular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained

Salary  
$15 per hour plus benefits
