Tagbaema Society is a non-profit organization that provides a wide range of outreach
services to families and technical assistance to ethno-cultural organizations in managing
their development.

Tagbaema is looking for two young and energetic individuals who would like to get first
) [1 _3 {6 S/ Q: p: |hand experience, assisting with the development and implementation of the Youth
2 w( X$ T3 \/ L, m! v# FEmpowered to Succeed: A Push for Better Future Project. Your role will be to establish a
9 D0 y, z, Y& w9 Tyouth steering committee and coordinate its activities. You will also be directly involved
in the implementation of the project and will work on our productions and activities. You
are expected to perform some administrative tasks including marketing upcoming events,
balancing budgets and making arrangements for future events. You will report and be
. M" p. b! w* L- _6 eaccountable to the project coordinator.

9 H, L% Q/ R; J1 vThe youth leaders will be needed about 18 hours a week, with hours flexible to own
# x4 H$ t3 L3 U- d! ^schedule but will include some evenings and weekends. A commitment of 1 full year is
desirable.

" S" G3 x3 f! E4 J18 – 21 years old with good personal and teamwork skills  
, z: g' W$ @9 V3 l# b' k' U! H+ D# JKeen ability to organize and lead
5 \) h# r) E( l( w! z* h+ n- kRegular attendance at meetings  
Relate well with other youth and adults
Willing to be mentored and trained
