$ l3 _0 d2 o, v2 T; W6 ]•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
8 @$ M; Q4 {6 n( U! r& h' `+ e•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment

" f8 t* Y  Y/ x# t2 w•        Cleaning of work area
•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required

•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

$ Q9 ]) N1 g- \•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required

•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
/ D7 \+ }% p. v: `5 v8 m3 }6 r•        Strong interpersonal skills
•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
