•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
, i3 q6 \# Z- @. O6 y•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
; Y$ [; p4 `  t•        Cleaning of work area
) m6 M/ }/ }9 K) A% W0 b' N" A' u7 G•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
1 a! B4 n8 P$ L6 m! ^" e•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required
