Job Description
: m6 u! z% n5 e4 B+ U•        Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  _: V. P" e5 \& B% H% `% V•        Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
2 w& c0 s7 Q+ P! N- |- \/ q•        Recommend wines that complement patrons' meals
•        Serve food and beverages
•        Present bill to patrons and accept payment
•        Banquet room set up/tear down
•        Cleaning of work area
- u# C$ L" }" ^( v6 |' D•        Assist in off-site catering functions as required  
•        Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment adhering to Occupational Health and  Safety Standards
•        Perform other duties as assigned by manager

7 j" k6 `( {9 M: u•        Completion of secondary school is required
•        Minimum 1 year food service experience is required  
- u4 W# t4 d1 F% P" U" k% e+ \•        Must be able to communicate effectively
•        Able to work with minimal supervision and be a team player  
8 Z6 k9 F6 b! r2 p& J. r•        Strong interpersonal skills
1 f2 t$ e4 F3 W  f( S! c  D6 S•        Emerit professional certification for food and beverage server is required
