十万火急，问个公会会员牙医保险问题

如题，从来没有用过，听别人说：尽管去看牙，看完后拿着收据直接去公会，就能给报销90%。是这个流程吗？现在也找不到公会发的那些小册子了。请知情人解答，谢过了。

If you got Drug Card, that will mail to you after you have worked for **hours, you do not need to pay 90% money. if you have not get Drug Card yet. You have to pay by yourself.

我就收到这么一个卡片。不知道是不是这个卡片？看了半天那个小册子也没有DRUG CARD这个名词啊。

I give you an example here.
My Drug Card looks like a VISA Card
In the front of the side. You can see

IBEW Local 353
Drug Card
11 007492 0009327754 03
LAI JACK

007492 is called policy number
0009327754 is called account number

The most important is that your car has the number which is similar to
11 007492 0009327754 03

The easier way is to take all the cars that come from 424 Union and go to a dental office. The person who works at the dental office will tell you that it is ok or not.

可不要拿上面我的Drug Card去看医生啊, police will 找你麻烦的, 嘿嘿.

今天已经去看过了，谢谢JACK LAI的回答。我预先把钱付上，然后拿着那个医生的证明单，到工会给她就完事了。她说会把支票再寄给我。
我用的就是我上面说的那个小卡片。
