-Answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
* b+ d. A8 O) n' d% f9 ~" W* ^-Assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
7 r. `: {" e0 S) J-Reports to the program manager and provides clerical support to all members of the ISP team1 @ p& E4 ]5 j) R, f$ f' k
-Helping Immigrants with Language Barriers to interpret and explain English letters, pamphlets, notices in Cantonese or Mandarin as requested by the client' ~ a2 j1 _7 s; x7 h
-Train and supervise volunteers at front counter or reception! B2 ^! |& b2 ?8 U R' }

Qualifications:7 F- ?( A0 j) I9 ~% J: I
-High school diploma or above, two years or more related work experience. e! H [1 ^ p" F. y4 \0 d" n% S
-Exceptional customer service skills, ability to handle multi-task requirement 2 Y. r5 R* X" z% _, G
-Works well under pressure, ability to work well independently as well as in a team: {" `7 m7 Z6 W7 e4 ~
-Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and willing to learn one of the Chinese dialects if only proficient in one
