Job Duties / Responsibilities
# A! j! e9 B* R% j" s5 xAs Rotating Equipment Discipline team member
8 ]8 {9 h# J7 X/ I0 [& V6 C6 r• Representation at area production meetings to report and address machinery issues.
• Trend machinery component failures and develop solutions for improving mean time between failures.
• Liaison with maintenance, operations, technical, vendor and EPC representatives.
& M* m2 d( G8 |" I# ^0 G• Assist with condition monitoring programs such as vibration and lube analysis.
. S( H1 ~1 `6 R1 c• Troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause failure analysis.
• Equipment criticality analysis and equipment care plan development.
