Job Duties / Responsibilities- B: _+ k2 ?' p& I& Z. F
• Familiarize with the assigned process units
: v- [ P' S! ]& i2 [• Support the process engineer/contact engineer in the process monitoring of the assigned unit.
& t8 }) X; T8 T6 g6 ~• Reconcile unit material balance, energy consumption, utility consumption, chemical consumptions, yield etc.
1 _* P9 E& [7 Q% E& t5 I• Assist with incident investigations by way of data gathering, determining sequence of events etc.# \; g! k8 n0 V+ A' M4 z
• Publish daily/weekly/monthly performance reports on selected areas of plant operation8 Z1 _' \0 h H- j( m% V, r( ]
• Use simulation tools to simulate existing process operations.
; \: M. Z& E. Q. Q% |• Undertake different jobs assigned time to time by process/contact engineers
