Ability to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services . M# ?3 z5 D) z3 u& c
Experience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus 1 L/ L2 ]! z" U- o& ~
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities % W: \, ?0 z1 @0 ?! L+ M4 z
Computer proficiency - O* O/ A4 ]0 ~( D
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills - E5 }( O- K: n' A% n
Understanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
( X- N$ R( q B; M$ h( H2 J; _6 `Demonstrate techniques used in structuring group activities
