Experience in providing a variety of workshops in the areas of personal and professional development
/ f1 j7 v# C: j+ M. P0 jAbility to deliver workshops for persons requiring specialized services
3 x3 C, Y3 t8 G7 ~5 qExperience in facilitating group interaction and providing coaching with a client-centered focus
Extensive knowledge of the Edmonton and area labour market and the business and education communities
Computer proficiency
: C1 |; _& h6 i* x; j2 ]3 r. N: ]Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
3 O4 X1 A  k9 F7 |" f1 ?# hUnderstanding of the role of facilitator, the stages of group development, group roles and group leadership theories
