Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role ; \! k5 h/ |- A9 z
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants , G% a4 W" ~* j, Z6 {, |
Excellent communication and negotiation skills 4 u( g/ |: d1 Y) d
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments 6 c. j7 E- g/ Y9 l. p8 e# [% b9 p
