Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role 3 w9 F7 l0 V _( M; p7 L: X5 j0 ]
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
$ L! `$ @! F& k$ |0 RExcellent communication and negotiation skills
5 u+ I+ H9 Y' _Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
d) u) S% W4 m, mCurrent knowledge of greater Edmonton labour market
