; `5 _6 `. o8 v- HUnderstanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role
1 _/ T, S* Z1 S& i: ?Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants & R, M/ L$ E. U0 g
Excellent communication and negotiation skills 7 I, A$ x. C! w, |2 J. A& Y' j
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments
