I’m looking for a Junior Payroll Clerk who has full cycle payroll experience.
My West – End / Acheson client is seeking a motivated individual to join its team.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
# G% P7 M; a* k, v' T5 |•        Processing payroll
; Y1 q8 `1 ?' _# w•        Preparing reports
•        Benefits deductions and administration
/ O4 x7 N" e: [* t5 _2 i  c•        Maintaining employee profiles
•        Accounting side of payroll

( M) f- {9 w4 O8 U+ z/ g- D' wTo be considered for this position, you MUST have the following experience:
•        1 – 2 years previous hands-on full cycle payroll experience
•        Union experience
•        Multi-provincial experience is a huge benefit
) p4 @$ j# d3 u3 t" a  k/ p•        PCP certification is an asset
•        Thorough understanding of debits and credits
1 q3 M( n" H1 [  r
2 c) p  `1 n+ j9 c5 b7 l; OI need a dynamic individual who is eager, outgoing and team oriented.
You must have Canadian payroll experience in order to be considered for this role.
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
# V5 M$ E7 U  P& U# T& ~You will require your own transportation as my client is not on an active bus route.
