装修图纸，许可和合同

请教屯里装修过的人家：你们装修前都有装修图纸标明尺寸和材料，有市政的许可，并与承包商签了书面合同吗？偶要装修地下室。谢谢！

For Electrical wiring works, better apply a permit.

2 a0 I# `- P$ H, o5 i很多人家装修都不申请许可，好处是节省地税，坏处是将来卖房时失去部分买家。有些买家不考虑没有许可的房子。市政也可能查处罚款（可能性低）。

地下室装修最好有书面合同，以免扯皮，毕竟是几万元的事。CMHC有合同样本。请见

合同样本看起来比较长，但需要填写的其实并不多。这样承包商和业主的权益都得到了保障。
