You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight, Y" g4 M4 r8 k B. s

2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your; g X* x# Y% r4 m2 R

3. Fees are payable when the reservation is made: Both reservation fees and camping fees are

4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your

$ W9 \1 n! U/ U0 B5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of" r0 M9 e7 |( |3 y6 |6 t
the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as
. c% x& j0 F& f* j9 v a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same- A+ t* D# F$ P: {# ?- e3 o! h
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
* Y, l7 c7 h) A! l1 s7 c' c6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on

confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable.

money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of

number when you receive it verbally from the Customer Service Associate.

For reservations made on-line, you should enter your email address to receive an

the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online, a$ u3 i! B' x8 Q
or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.
% v6 T) e/ A% m: c) }- K( P3 R& C12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You
& m I6 o- `3 R5 G7 z will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you
9 n+ {. l9 U6 s/ [ check-in to the campground, subject to the following:
/ Z0 n; ~8 z. r2 y: T - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
$ [" o8 e3 h1 _: D' D" O* M you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
$ t. [7 \5 t0 m6 ?: G3 D reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,/ T4 m% g4 O$ w, [- k9 x
you will be charged a cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.
; G# P& }+ \! l# P4 y+ G) i - Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before! W9 [6 Q! ?+ M
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night5 P# h* a0 b# s7 x& M/ L
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original
' ?4 y# N# J$ _0 {& o; k- ? $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a
. N9 r1 z* d9 h: D cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to( ]7 V' j3 }3 m# Q* j" G5 n$ a0 h7 k
your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
+ k2 o& ]! q& Z; G guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change& R: c$ d/ |" s
is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the/ e& u) k+ u1 g6 j0 m
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80+ z! Z3 U, [4 Z) J$ ?/ Y% a
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
: C3 h, q4 u% w$ U! M: _+ ~14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
( {3 j/ n) Q( c! w- O0 D7 S earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground4 g+ }3 H+ l: f; N, v: Y1 X0 W
prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
& S1 j0 U1 l' ?# M8 j: n1 l will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please Z. v8 @7 t% y& w, ^# P5 a

16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:# F) Y- k+ ]4 w z7 p& a, ~- p5 ?+ e
If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your- Q3 |& R' x( y
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
Z6 W9 J5 @8 v nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see1 x$ T' E* B7 _: G2 a" i
policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

No-Shows

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
$ x6 z& ^/ m( W G) F; | scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of' v5 b& G7 R. p T+ s/ _
your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."% M3 X- a$ d; c0 }4 R3 a
* y7 U) ~6 I1 P2 ^8 D When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
2 j% [9 I! v u3 j- ~ E5 g will be made available to other campers.

; ?) v- {4 X8 r- L* i+ o# ]' _ If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees$ O4 D7 t w( h6 i' A
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,& U5 |: M0 F/ A9 M F
reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days$ o8 f o8 `# y, d( H) t/ E
of your originally scheduled departure date.

Thirty days after your originally scheduled departure date your camping fees become

Closures

possible if we encounter this situation.
