1. Availability of the reservation service: The Parks Canada Campground Reservation Service ! a4 s1 \7 c/ c( y, E; o
is available to all campers by telephone at 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783) between
; ~/ Z Z' O8 \: b5 H; H 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. local park time or online 24-hours a day at www.pccamping.ca.2 J9 H$ @7 n, w( p
You can make a camping reservation from the system launch dates up until 12:00 midnight$ l% x0 N I9 w$ {# P
on the night prior to your arrival. Same day reservations are not accepted. & D5 U$ i' M1 ]
2. Times: All times quoted in these Terms of Use are the local time at the park where your
* j( Y5 F, T7 `! x reservation is made (e.g. hours of operation are from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. local park
5 j. M& U; j! D8 ~. A. {( o time – for a reservation made in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in British Columbia,9 t" G' a; {8 u P
this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time but for a reservation made in Fundy National
& f- [$ O \0 J5 n+ Q9 }4 X1 r Park in New Brunswick, this is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Atlantic Time).

+ n r! m, J& n4. Daily entry fees: The fees paid when you make your reservation do not include your9 \. I- B" g6 F/ u6 z) \
national park daily entry fees. You will be required to pay these daily entry fees upon
3 W+ B% s- x# t% _3 ?% n- u+ M arrival at the park.
* w, d- T% `5 ~9 B @5. Reservation fees: The reservation fee is non-refundable and covers the operating cost of
% I7 W3 g+ f6 T0 H9 ?" @ the Parks Canada Reservation Service. This fee is charged per stay. A stay is defined as: V! |" Y3 D& |* {1 L1 z" y
a series of consecutive nights (not exceeding the maximum length of stay) in the same" N' k9 P. _4 c; b2 a, a$ U/ y& N
campground. The fee to make a reservation is $10.80.
) Q* L. P( ~8 b, c! Y5 Y6. Camping fees: Camping fees are the fees paid for use of the campsite. They are charged on' G# e% _, f: x/ Z& x6 y% l; ^- P
a per night basis and the price is dependent on: the park; the campground; the type of
; ~ i( _7 n; W0 X' I3 U& m campsite; and the service type.
% h3 I1 D) E7 i( V7. Changes and cancellations: Fees are also charged if you change or cancel a previously
# s7 u+ g/ s% ?6 t6 G confirmed reservation. The fee for each change or cancellation is $8.80 and is non-refundable./ n9 @8 P) r6 `4 T( y8 S9 A$ O# p+ G
These fees, along with any additional costs for camping, are due when you make the) w' z- j' t* ^ Q
change or cancellation.

8. Methods of payment: All costs incurred through the use of this service can be paid by

9. Certified cheques and international money orders: Certified cheques and international
; ^2 k z3 H; ?+ t, c0 H money orders are only accepted over the telephone; reservations using these forms of6 l7 s( z( b, `' z/ C9 |- p
payment cannot be made on-line. When this method of payment is used, campsite reservations
" ~/ I6 p. v8 `' ]+ B will not be confirmed until the payment is received and processed. , a" A% [4 W$ J* O1 f7 E3 ]+ g. ]
All reservations using certified cheques or international money orders must be made at
8 b1 h8 H( S9 L least 35 days prior to your date of arrival at the campground. Payment must be received! S! P' T) M. g, `4 O `" O
for processing no later than 21 days from the date that the reservation was made.- l5 O" q- ^4 F0 F; X+ P

We will inform you of your confirmation number by email or by telephone once your

z0 V8 [$ {2 v: p: {# d reservation. If you do not receive a confirmation number, your reservation is not complete.

. x6 K) n, G; M It is important that you take note of this confirmation number and bring it with you to( O; R1 n, e9 U2 O* L& G
the campground. It is must be given to Parks Canada staff so that they can register you- I9 T# x4 a( K

For reservations made by telephone, you have the option of providing an email address: T' c! Z- N( Y" _* s! N" C
to receive an electronic confirmation, and/or you may want to write down the confirmation

11. Changes before check-in: You can change your reservation until 2:00 p.m. (local park time)' W3 Z0 g$ {) Q% L3 N- [! z# c
on your scheduled day of arrival. Changes may include changes in date, campground (within
4 c+ X' O8 j" ^/ J: `8 s the same national park), campsite type, service type, etc. Changes can be made online
+ d" j1 s L( h* Y; J or by telephone. You will be charged a fee of $8.80 to make a change.3 p% K8 u' l3 t1 h
12. Cancellations before check-in: Cancellations can be done online or by telephone. You& |, A& G( i2 ~+ @+ g
will be charged a fee of $8.80 to cancel. A reservation can be cancelled before you

3 @( B8 y' N( ~& u) z( F0 Q4 C - If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival,
6 M' l2 V/ k. ]8 T9 T& z! Y4 o% K you will get a full refund for all of the camping fees you paid when you made your
, d" j4 @+ X3 B, D4 M& R( q+ k% T reservation. The original $10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition,

- Cancellations made after 2:00 p.m. on your scheduled day of arrival and before3 F& s( b6 I* k& |+ i/ T
11:00 a.m. on the following day will result in you losing the fees paid for one night3 X" _, M$ A* O
of camping. You will be refunded the fees paid for the rest of your stay. The original# }$ Z8 s; o+ v" x& U
$10.80 reservation fee is non-refundable and, in addition, you will be charged a5 e2 T0 m% p) I1 L7 p8 }
cancellation fee of $8.80 for this transaction.8 C {8 L% ]/ m# {+ }' V$ s! I$ t [

13. Changes after check-in: We will do our best to accommodate any changes you request to
& f7 m% ?* D( P3 P) {9 p% I your campsite once you are registered. It is important to note that changes cannot be
) A5 K! l& X6 b% \; L' i" ? guaranteed and can only be accommodated if a suitable campsite is available. If a change
; l5 {) T3 t3 |! ] is requested, there may be a difference in the new camping fee charged based on the* _1 d+ F Y o$ v5 y' A- h+ y0 b# \
services provided at the new campsite. The camping fee will be adjusted but the $8.80" E; i* {3 ~) X0 ?! w
change fee will not apply. Availability may be limited.
/ M# F0 X) _0 g14. Shortening your stay: We recognize that plans change. There is no penalty for leaving
8 U$ }$ G0 t4 B$ T' O! c# X earlier than your original day of departure, provided that you notify the campground
7 L) u& ~- a- O8 W prior to the check-out time on the day you want to leave. The $8.80 cancellation fee
$ f7 d F* o2 F m/ l; w; @' T will not apply and the unused portion of your camping fees will be reimbursed. Please% `! N- V. L1 r2 ?, \4 D
notify park staff at your earliest possible convenience if you plan on leaving early.( W# ^/ V2 z/ \

15. Late Arrivals – Notification on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the day after the

* P0 x# @6 p! U( q( F on the day of arrival, but you still wish to retain your reservation, you must contact
/ c4 P: M& A' F# a3 l the park office. If you do not know the telephone number for the park,7 x* x4 y' f! @+ [
call 1-877-RESERVE (1-877-737-3783).3 r+ k- ?4 ?* Y3 |; g" T8 Y
16. Late Arrivals – Notification after 11:00 a.m. the day after the expected day of arrival:
6 u6 o/ E, a% Q {% M! t7 [% a# h If you are not able to make it to the campground before 11:00 a.m. the day after your$ R0 P8 `5 j: K- H
expected day of arrival, and you have not notified us, the fees paid for your first two
# Y: p6 S7 n0 J! A nights of camping will not be refunded. You will also be considered a "No-show" (see
, K% p6 A9 |; E) v0 m policy #17) and your reservation will be cancelled. Please let us know about any late

17. No-shows: If you do not arrive at the campground by 11:00 a.m. on the day after your
* x4 }) Q" x# h scheduled day of arrival, and if you have not contacted the park to inform them of
* K# d% L( C3 x6 Y! V \ your late arrival, you will be deemed a "No-show."
+ H5 q# U0 ]9 ~7 g; C+ A# r" M) @* [1 M! t
When you are deemed a "No-show," your reservation will be cancelled and your campsite
- c+ b8 l! |5 p5 w will be made available to other campers.. @8 @8 c2 m2 T K8 X( P' l
- \3 l) b/ ^5 v8 a% u! w% ^8 t
If you are deemed a "No-show," you can claim your refund of the total camping fees8 N+ X7 k4 ~# a" S
paid, minus a penalty of two-nights of camping and the original, non-refundable,
4 j' ~8 o8 b: b! p8 K B reservation fee of $10.80. This is provided that you contact the park within 30 days
